RETURN POLICY 

We are a small, conscious brand and are bound to make errors from time to time. For that, we apologise in advance. We are learning and improving every day and hope you will give us a second chance.

Even though all our products are free size, there is a size limit. We earnestly request our customers to check our standard sizing guide and product details with a fine lens before making a purchase. We are happy to assist you with any questions regarding your purchase in advance.

We request our customers to refrain from initiating returns as it adds to our carbon footprint. Since the products are free-size, try to pass them on to friends & family or pass them on as gift(s).

We accept returns for full refunds on all full-priced orders. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

  • As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the goods and it will have to be incurred by the customer

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the tag attached. It must be returned to us with the original packaging and any accessories that came with it. Please email us or fill the returns form within 7 days of receipt requesting a refund and we will reply within two working days and provide instructions for the return of the item.

  • Post inspection of the return, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used, provided the item is in the same condition as it was when sent to you. In case the item has been damaged during its time with you or during the return shipping, we will estimate a fair cost of the damage and deduct this from your refund.

  • The refund can take 5-7 days to process and reflect in your account.

  • If you have received an incorrect order, please follow the same procedure as the return procedure. House of Katran will refund your return shipping cost only for a product that was either incorrectly sent to you or defective.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during their return shipping to us.

  • No refunds or returns will be offered for items worn, without labels, or with faults.

  • We currently don't accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return it as above, and then make a new order on our website.​

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, you must send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order.
